At Jerome M. Sattler, Publisher, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
Return Window
You may return books within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange under certain conditions stated below.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, books must be:
- Unused and unmarked – No writing, highlighting, or marks of any kind
- In original condition – Shrinkwrap is not opened, no damage, bent covers, or creased pages
- Complete – All included materials (Resource Guides) must be returned together
How to Return a Book

Contact us first – Email us at sattlerpublishing@gmail.com or call our customer service line to request a return authorization.

Package securely – Carefully package the book(s) to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if available.

Ship the return – Send the package to our return address (provided when you contact us). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- PayPal orders – Refunded to the PayPal account
- Credit card orders – Refunded to the original card
- Check or money order – Refund check mailed to you
Shipping Costs
- Original ground shipping on all orders is free
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a book that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective (missing pages, binding issues, etc.)
- Not what you ordered
Please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no charge and cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange books for different titles. The same return conditions apply. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Books with writing, highlighting, or marks
- Books with damage not caused by shipping
- Books returned after 30 days
- Books that have been opened out of the shrinkwrap
